The programmable tier of Unitree's R1 line: secondary development enabled, binocular vision, optional dexterous hands and an optional NVIDIA Orin module (40–100 TOPS), 26–40 DOF depending on config. Unlike the $4,900 AIR and $5,900 standard tiers — app-controlled, fixed fists, no SDK — the EDU is the cheapest way to run your own code on a Unitree humanoid.
