Overview

PAL Robotics' TALOS has been the European humanoid research workhorse for years — a
Barcelona-built, ROS-native, fully torque-controlled platform that shows up in labs
precisely because it is boring in the right ways: documented APIs, repeatable
dynamics, and parts you can actually get in the EU. If a paper says "whole-body
control on a humanoid," odds are good a TALOS was involved. Research sales channel;
not a commercial deployment machine.
